Where is Bali? Well actually, I found it in the pages of a travel brochure my parents had! Of course at the age of 12, that was as big as I saw the world! It was then that I started paying attention in geography lessons!
Indonesia, made up of over 17,000 islands, is tucked away between the two oceans of the Indian and the Pacific, North of Australia and South of Malaysia. Bali is only one of those islands and just a dot on the map by comparison, but in many ways, it is a world apart from all of the others!
Bali is only a 2 or 3 hours flying time from Singapore or northern Australia. It is a stunning and truly unique island which has captured the imagination of travellers from around the world. It has therefore, become easily accessible to us all with daily national and international flights arriving into Denpasar, the islands capital
I promise you one thing - once you have found your way to Bali, you will always find your way back!
